This is part two of an intermediate Pilates mat workout.  It’s 60 minutes long in total with 2, 30 minute sections approximately.  If you choose to perform the activities separately, remember to warm up your belly with footwork and a roll up before  you go straight into swan.

Part 1 takes you from footwork to saw. Part 2 will follow and begins with swan and ends with stretching and a roll down.
